Indietronica
Indietronica is a genre mixed with indie and electronic genre, it's been created rather recently and has gained popularity due to social networking sites such as Tumblr. It's gained popularity due to Crystal Castles since they were one of the first few bands that mixed the two genres into one. The target audience for indietronica are teenagers and young adults, although the genre is relatively new to the music scene it has gained popularity instantly due to the internet.
